Tiers are relative to the patch they belong to. Nanally in the v1.4 T1 row is still the same unit that carried v1.0; she is not weaker, the ceiling moved.
Why is Nanally no longer T0?
Nanally is still the best launch carry and still clears all story content. She left T0 because later carries — Shinku, Zankou, and Lacrimosa — reach higher damage with fewer field-time constraints. If you own her and not the newer units, she is not a problem to fix; she is a perfectly good bridge.
